BYOL stands for Bring Your Own Liquor. You purchase and provide all spirits, wine, beer, and champagne of your choice. We provide everything else — mixers, garnishes, ice, glassware, bar equipment, setup, service, and breakdown. This model gives you complete control over what your guests drink while allowing us to focus entirely on delivering a flawless service experience.

Yes. We carry general liability and liquor liability insurance for every event. Our bartenders are RBS certified and Food Handler certified as required by California law.
